What’s In My Fridge?

There’s a blog hop going on today. The Natural New Age Mum started it here. Now all over the internet you will find a whole lot of healthy Mamas opening up their fridges so that you can see what’s inside.

Fascinating.

I just can’t wait to have a peek inside everyone else’s. But here’s a snapshot of mine on the best day of the week – organic fruit and veg delivery day.

  1. Wow!!! Your fridge is full of goodness! Would love to know the makes of the sippy cup, raw chocolate and probiotic you use please? Thanks for sharing! I now have fridge envy 🙂

    1. This was on my best fridge day remember! And I juice so we go through so many greens which I am so thankful for. The sippy cup is by thermos, I use the orthoplex multiflora probiotic and the chocolate is the best in the world 🙂 by roar superfoods who are a wa company x

  2. I knew your fridge would be the colour of the rainbow! So inspiring sweetheart. And never thought of keeping maple syrup in the fridge! x

  3. G’day! What a healthy looking fridge and list, true!
Re the kale…perhaps you might share a recipe as not a fan of it in smoothies and while friends rave about kale chips, deep fried just doesn’t do it for me!
    Cheers! Joanne

    1. Of course! We have lots of greens every night – either steamed, stirfried into curries or as salads on the side. I have a lot of salads for lunch and enjoy greens with my eggs too! I am big vegie fan!
