It’s nearly that time of year again and really….after Christmas is not the best time to make these decisions and believe you are going to stick to them.
So lets call it setting intentions for 2014 and start now.
Start planning your dream life.
Because it takes work.
Everything starts with intention. It’s how you decide how your day will unfold. Intention leads to creation, so be mindful and conscious about what you are creating your life.
The first step is to dream:
1. Sit in stillness and ask yourself – what does my dream life look like?
How do I act? What am I wearing? What am I saying? What am I doing?
For example: I see myself acting kind, bubbly, happy – always smiling; I’m fashionably, but comfortably dressed, I talk about things I am passionate about – food, health, children, love, happiness, mindfulness, yoga, exercise, meditation.
I’m doing big things. I’m making a difference in the world. I’m resting and playing as much as I am working because it is all intertwined in my passions. Plus I see myself by a very large pool with a lot of sunshine, reading material and quiet 🙂
2. Put a vision board together – with pictures representing your dream life. Either make a collage or add a vision board to your pinterest account. Pop them all on there – the small and the big dreams/the materialistic and the non-materialistic
3. Write down your goals and dreams – inspire yourself by getting a beautiful journal to do this in – I also like to write affirmations – or rewrite beautiful quotes.
4. Believe
This can happen for you. Life, when following your destiny, can be beautiful and easy. Something bad does not have to happen and obstacles in your path will just prove how badly you want something.
5. Let It Go
Write it down. Tell people. Do what you need to and then trust.
Trust that the universe has your back. Trust that if this is your destiny and your soul’s purpose it will happen for you. Because, you know, the minute you try and start to control how this will all unfold, it will fall apart. Let it go. You don’t need to know the details of how you are getting there – otherwise you wouldn’t enjoy the journey.
Trust and let go and enjoy the moment.
This moment.
Right now.

I write my goals down every year, but I love the idea of sitting down early and working them out! Even if it is just quietly reflecting and letting ideas settle in before firming them up in your head, I think that is a great idea.
Thanks i have really been enjoying all these little tools and one by one i am making my dreams happen! i hope it works for you x
