Love List

The amazing Easter weekend has given me a chance to relax, unwind and spend some quality time with the ocean. It’s been hard to write, hard to focus and hard to get done things done, but that’s the way it should be.

We are taking time out from day to day life but as my Mother-in-law aptly put it, getting away with kids is not a holiday.

A holiday it’s not, but the change of scenery and routine is enough to invigorate and rejuvenate. Enough to get me excited about going back to my every day life.

So it’s not my regular end of the week Love List….but this has not been a regular week!

So this (extended) week I have been loving:

A Year’s Chocolate Stash

For Easter I received probably the whole store’s stash of Loving Earth Chocolate….I am grateful!! My regular supplier however will be down some serious $$$ this year.

Live Music

On Thursday night I went out to dinner with the girls and then we spent three glorious hours listening to live music at the Guy Sebastian concert. He never fails at making me smile with his amazing music, voice and kindness. We all had an awesome time.

Going Out Dancing

On Sunday night we left the kiddies at home and headed out for a cocktail…ending up at a little dodgy Irish pub dancing the night away…then singing all the way home.

Swimming In The Ocean

I LOVE it. Really, can’t get enough. I have just managed to sell both my husband and oldest on how amazing it is but Leo is yet to fully comprehend it’s greatness. As you can see from the picture, he was ready to leave long before we were.

Getting Around

Last week I found out that I was to become a regular contributor to the Flora Organica website.  I was so excited. You can read my first contribution on How to stay well this Easter, here.

Also I was featured on iBlog Friday over at the iVillage. You can check out that here.

I hope you had an amazing long weekend and maybe even managed to sneak an extra day like we did!
